Subsequently, she was requisitioned by the commercial underwriting department to finally become a claims adjuster for companies and be in charge of the claims department until May 31, 2000. Later, she started at Gravel, David, Rouleau and Associates Inc., being in charge of claims and the CUMIS national commercial account. In 2007, when CUMIS pulled out of the Quebec market, she worked at RPMXPERT as a reviewer and Lloyd’s account manager in commercial insurance. In 2013, she returned to Gravel, David, Rouleau and Associates Inc., as a commercial insurance claims adjuster for Lloyd’s. In 2014, having never been an claims adjuster on the road, Josée accepted the mandate presented by IndemniPro as a road claims adjuster in commercial insurance. In December 2016, she moved to Crawford, where she successively held the positions of road claims adjuster in commercial insurance, auditor in commercial insurance, trainer and auditor in compliance for Lloyd’s accounts.

She came back to us in May 2019, to take a position as a business insurance auditor and brought her knowledge and assistance in managing Lloyd’s accounts and producing key performance indicators reports. Josée is recognized in the field as being honest, very rigorous, diligent and professional. Her dedication and her sense of ethics ensure the proper handling of the files she is responsible for.
